If you are reading this, you've landed at the new Hanvey Customer Tech Support Center!
The Customer Tech Support Center is designed to provide a complete service support option for you - Hanvey's customers. The Center contains a knowledge base as well as a Customer Portal for support requests.
You can search our knowledge base articles to learn about a task or search the community, and ask fellow users questions. If you need tech support help, you can submit a support ticket.
Each user can create a unique Tech Support Center profile, so users can get to know one another better. Profiles contain relevant information about the user, along with their activities and contributions. This also will be a way for you to keep up with any and all technical support for your vehicle(s). By making an account, you can input information like year, vin #, email, phone, etc., and cut down on the information-gathering time of the technical support. By making accounts, you enable us to help you even faster!
To make an account, simply go to the top of this page and click "Sign In." On the new window that will appear, click the part at the bottom that says "Sign Up." Fill out the form, and click Sign Up to gain access to all our content.
The knowledge-based articles will be an ongoing process where we will be able to communicate with you any pertinent information without the worry of it not being official. Anything posted by one of our admins will be geared towards helping you, the groomer, get the most out of your Hanvey van!
