We have had a few instances now of people trying to create their account and getting a message that the email is already associated with an account. All this means is, since our implementation of Zendesk, you have received support from a member of our technical support staff. Good news, this is easily resolved!
When you go to the creation page, simply click forgot password and it will email you a password reset link. Follow the link, input the password you want, and you are good to go!
